Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. If you purchased a four session package, you may cancel and reschedule one lesson per session, provided that you give notice to both the tutor and Tutors to You at least three hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you purchased a six or eight lesson package, you may cancel and reschedule two lessons per session, provided that you give notice to both the tutor and Tutors to You at least three hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

2. If an appointment is cancelled fewer than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or if the student is absent for the session, the client will be charged in full for the lesson. At the sole discretion of Tutors to You, official documentation proving a genuine family emergency may be accepted, and the tutoring session rescheduled.
