A Note to Parents:

1. If tutoring is to be done in your home, please provide a clean, well-lit space, conducive to stuying.

2. Tutors to You respectfully requests that at least one parent attend the initial tutoring session.

3. Before a session commences, confirm that your child has completed all homework assigned at the close of the previous session.

4. Make sure that your child is attentive, alert, and prepared with all necessary study materials (homework, scrap paper, sharpened pencils...)

Tutor Responsibilities:

1. The tutor will arrive on time and be well-prepared for the scheduled session.

2. The tutor will communicate openly with the parents and the school (if necessary) regarding any concerns related to the pupil.

3. At the close of each session, the tutor shall leave the pupil with a detailed assignment sheet to be completed by the next visit.

Billing:

1. For tutoring to have a meaningful impact on your child's development, we recommend at least two sessions per week.

2. Our tutoring packages cover multiple lessons and must be paid in full before tutoring is to commence. At the sole discretion of Tutors to You, installment payments may be accepted if full payment creates undue financial strain on the family, but no lessons shall be provided should payment lapse before a given session. Forms of acceptable payment include check, cash, Paypal, or any major credit card. Clients don't need to have a Paypal account to pay through our Paypal page. Simply click on the button for users without a Paypal account and you can purchase sessions quickly and easily with just your credit card.

3. Should the student and or their parents or guardians, wish to continue lessons after the end of their initial term, they may do so if their account is in good standing.

Cancellation Policy:

1. If you purchase a four lesson package, you may cancel and reschedule one lesson, provided that you notify both the tutor and Tutors To You at least three hours prior to the scheduled lesson. If you purchase a six or eight lesson package, you may cancel and reschedule two lessons, provided that you give notice to both the tutor and Tutors to You at least three hours prior to the scheduled lesson.

2. If a client fails to give at least three hours notice before canceling a lesson, or if the student is absent for the lesson, the client will be charged in full. At the sole discretion of Tutors To You, official documentation proving a genuine emergency may be accepted, and the tutoring lesson rescheduled.
